Terms

These terms apply when you shop at P4610. By placing an order you agree to them.

Orders and prices All prices are in Philippine pesos. The total you see at checkout, including shipping and any discount, is the total you pay. An order is confirmed once we have verified your payment, or right away for cash on delivery. We may cancel an order if an item turns out to be unavailable or the payment cannot be verified, and we will tell you if we do.

Payment For GCash, Maya and bank transfers, send the exact total and upload your receipt with the reference number. We check every payment by hand, usually within a day. For cash on delivery, prepare the exact amount for the courier.

Shipping We ship within the Philippines. Delivery times depend on the courier and your location. Once your order ships, the courier and tracking number appear on your order page.

Cancellations Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel. We cannot cancel an order that has already shipped.

Returns and exchanges [Your return policy: for example, unworn items with tags within 7 days of delivery, and whether you offer refunds, exchanges or store credit.]

Discount codes One code per order. Each code has its own conditions, such as dates, a minimum order or a limit on uses, shown when you apply it. Codes have no cash value.

Loyalty points You earn points on paid orders, based on what you paid for the items (shipping not included). Points are taken back if an order is cancelled, have no cash value, and are used on your behalf by our team.
